The following things should keep in mind while returning a product :-
- Make a full unpacking video of the product, and send to us while initiating return process.
- Clothes , shoes and dress material can be returned without unpacking video.
- Innerwear , makeup and accessory can not be returned.
- Customer may / may not have to give the return courier charges, depending on the product amount.
